Then our special trenching machine will remove 1-2 inches of ground to accommodate the edging. Next, concrete is mixed on site with sand, cement, water, and other materials. The concrete is prepared in a small mixer on our curbing trailer and wheeled to the curbing machine. No heavy equipment is used to install the product in your yard, so no damage is done to your existing landscape and yard. Our curbing machine will extrude the concrete, using a form to shape the curb to the style of your choice. Finally, the concrete is trowel and control joints are created to introduce flexibility, which will help protect against unsightly cracking due to ground movement.
